I learned to sell before I learned almost anything else.
Most people call me Chody. It's how my name actually sounds, and it stuck.
My father was a fisherman. My mother sold fish. I grew up selling, in a family that didn't have much, and that's still the engine under everything I do.
Six years ago I started working online. Since then I've run every seat of the content machine: community manager, editor manager, growth manager, and operations manager behind a YouTube creator with millions of subscribers. Today I run audience growth for a US leadership brand and build the AI tools that multiply the pipeline.

I'm Teody Lagudas. Most people call me Chody, so online I go by Chody Dong. I'm a social media growth strategist from the Philippines with 6 years in. I grow accounts from scratch and build the systems that keep them growing.

Where are you based, and do you work with clients abroad?
I'm based in the Philippines and work with creators, founders, and businesses remotely, worldwide.
Do you edit my videos?
No, and that's on purpose. I'm the strategist. I decide what to make and why it'll work, write the hooks and briefs, and direct your editor. If you need someone to cut clips, I'm not your guy. If you need someone to make sure the right thing gets cut, I am.
How much does it cost?
